The girls varsity basketball team out scored Unity Christian 17-6 in the third quarter to erase a nine point halftime deficit on their way to a 47-32 victory on Senior Night at West Catholic. The Falcon defense held the Crusaders to just nine second half points and Brooke Norder hit a three at the end of the third quarter that gave the Falcons a lead that they would not surrender. Norder knocked down six 3 pointers and finished with a team high 18 points. Fellow senior Katey O’Brien added 10 points in the Falcon victory. West will play at Spring Lake on Tuesday.
